Advertising is subject to nigeriapharmacy.com’s approval. nigeriapharmacy.com is not responsible for errors in type set, or for omission of an advertisement. Advertising is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by nigeriapharmacy.com. Advertisers and agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements and assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against  nigeriapharmacy.com. Rates are subject to change without notice

Nigeriapharmacy.com accepts advertising that is: (a) deemed valuable and inoffensive to our readers, (b) consistent with the website’s objectives and editorial convictions, and (c) compatible with nigeriapharmacy.com’s  religious beliefs, Christian ethics, vision and mission.

1. All adverts are subject to review and approval by nigeriapharmacy.com’s Webmaster and/or Advertising Director.

2. nigeriapharmacy.com may accept or reject advertising at its sole discretion and/or request that changes are made to the advertising copy or pictures/illustrations.

3. Nigeriapharmacy.com does not guarantee, warrant or endorse any product, program or service advertised, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are not accepted after the closing date.

5. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all legal requirements relating to the marketing and sale of products or services advertised. By providing such advertisements to nigeriapharmacy.com, the advertiser represents that they have done so.

6. nigeriapharmacy.com reserves the right to determine the placement of all advertisements.

7. All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the agency and/or advertisers are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof.

8. In consideration of nigeriapharmacy.com acceptance of such advertisements, the agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and hold nigeriapharmacy.com harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims and suits based in the contents or subject matter of such advertisements.

9. As a general practice not more than 30% of nigeriapharmacy.com website’s total space shall be used for advertising in any regular issue.

10. Payment must be submitted with advertisement

All advertisements published in nigeriapharmacy.com must conform to the conditions within this policy statement as interpreted by the webmasters.
